Those were words of approval from my little man. Besides completing one of my CGQC projects for September, it was the first time I used my darning foot. I thought it went okay. I practiced on some scraps and then I went ahead and quilted my Halloween wall hanging. Even though it was a small piece to quilt, I could see why you would want to wear gloves. Not bad for my first wall hanging - if I do say so myself, at least now I can cross it off my list!
I agree with your little man - AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteLittle guy sure is smart, your quilt is awesome:^) It's so nice to cross one off the list...
ReplyDeleteOh it's lovely, what a great idea. I love it!!
ReplyDeleteOh Michelle that is gorgeous! Isn't it fun to look back at finished projects! Only to move on to the next one.....Your Little man knows his what he is talking about!
ReplyDelete"C'est beau"
How cute! Little man know his stuff.
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! Love what your son said too. :D My son is 17 and he still says things like that about my projects. Gotta love 'em!
ReplyDeleteIt turned out great. My first wallhanging-freemotion quilting went just okay, too. I haven't really tried since except on scraps. Just too scared to take the plunge. At least with straight line quilting, I don't have to think so much!
ReplyDeleteThat is sooo dang cute!!
ReplyDeleteTOO CUTE! I posted a comment earlier on this one, but it must not have shown up! Your son has excellent taste, I must say!
