2 weeks ago, while I was on vacation, I get a call from a lady and she wants me to make her daughter a t-shirt quilt.  So, instead of working on the Simple Things QAL (like I was planning too), I started on this quilt.  And since I have to have the Log-A-Load quilt done by the end of this month...I thought I'd go ahead and do it at the same time...

I will be making a lap sized t-shirt throw for the Log-A-Load Event in August.  I'll share more info about this quilt & event when I get it done.

What an honor...

 I was notified by MSamm that my quilt made it on the July banner.  Reading the email just put me in a giggling fit!  Talk about being excited?!?!?  It truly is an honor to be on this banner with these talented ladies.  I am beyond the moon...if I was a smidge thinner I'd actually jump over it, I'm so happy! lol!  You can go here to read my story & the other ladies stories.  MSamm...THANK YOU!
