This is my second finish this year.  Mary Ellen wanted me to make a small, old fashion baby quilt.  She wanted it to be girly with pinks and greens.  She let me decide everything else.  I was inspired by the quilt I did from the Half-Pint Quilt Along back in 2009.  There is just something special about a 9-patch block.  The fabric line is Emma by Northcott.  The quilt is so much prettier in person.  I love how the back turned out.

ReplyDeleteI missed this post too! I have the same backing fabric for a quilt here. It is very sweet. I just have to get it into a backing and get the thing quilted.
